Patrick Cox, AICP, Executive Director
Patrick Cox is the founder of Geo-Life, Inc. and has 33 years experience in real world environmental protection and civil engineering design of drinking water systems. Patrick has designed and permitted water quality retention pond systems and manmade wetlands that provide naturally clean/filtered drinking water and environmental protection. Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Yin Liu, Treasurer, Director
Yin Liu has a bachelor in Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems at Temple University with Honors, she also has 14 years experience in business and 3 years owning a retail business. Yin has worked in India, Africa and Asia for several years.

Leon D. McGuire Jr., P.E. Project Manager and Design Coordinator Leon D. McGuire is a Penn State Graduate of Civil Engineering who has been designing and managing land development projects for 20 years.  He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys biking, hiking, camping, hunting & fishing and values preserving open space and wildlife for future generations to enjoy.

Robert J. Mason, Ph.D. Advisory Board
Professor Mason holds an M.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto, and received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University in 1986. Professor, Geography & Urban Studies, Temple University. Serving as a public figure for the organization: Advocating for and advising the organization.
Rob Mason is a Professor of Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University, with interests in land use policy and planning in metropolitan and rural settings in the US and Japan. He was director of undergraduate Environmental Studies program at Temple for 10 years.

Fan Chen, Doctor of Medical Science, Director Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Setting the policy for the organization: Determining the organization’s programs and services as prescribed by the articles of incorporation. Approving the strategic plan. Monitoring the organization’s operations: Working with and providing support to the executive staff.

Crystal Gordon Gilchrist, A.I.C.P. Advisory Board
Crystal has been involved with a broad array of planning issues in southeastern Pennsylvania for more than 20 years. She has held positions as a Transportation and Community Planner with the Bucks County Planning Commission, Transportation Engineer with Pennoni Associates, a private engineering firm and Director of Planning and Development for Lower Providence Township prior to accepting the position of Executive Director of the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy in Schwenksville in 2004. Crystal holds a BS in Geography from Penn State and a MS in Transportation Engineering from Villanova and is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Emma Melvin, Advisory Board
Conservation Coordinator with the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy,
Emma is the Conservation Coordinator with the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy has been working with watershed residents to restore, protect and preserve the water quality, quantity and aquatic habitat of the Perkiomen through stream buffer restoration, stormwater management and invasive species management.  Previously she has worked with Lake Champlain Sea Grant as their Water Quality Education Specialist and with USGS New Jersey Water Resource Center as a Hydrologist.
